Hitze-Warnstufe Rot im Nordburgenland
Am kommenden Wochenende sind im Osten Österreichs Höchsttemperaturen um 40 Grad zu erwarten. Die GeoSphere Austria hat für die Bezirke Neusiedl am See, Eisenstadt-Umgebung und Mattersburg sowie für Wien und Teile Niederösterreichs die höchste Wetterwarnstufe (Rot) ausgerufen. 
Heat warning level „Red“ in Northern Burgenland
For the upcoming weekend termperatures in the East of Austria are expected to reach a maximum level of 40°C (= 104°F). Therefore GeoSphere Austria has declared the highest Heat Warning Level „Red“ for the districts of Neusiedl am See, Eisenstadt-Umgebung and Mattersburg as well as Vienna and parts of Lower Austria.
